At Tennishub all products are fully warranted against any manufacturing defects. We don’t ask you to contact the brand, instead we do the warranty claim process on your behalf.
How It Works
- You apply for warranty claim by clicking on the button below
- Tennishub will arrange the pickup of the damaged product and send it to the brand
- The brand will evaluate the product against their warranty policy
- If the warranty claim is approved, we send you the replacement product
- If the warranty claim is rejected, the damaged product is sent back to you
Racquets
Warranty Period :
6 months from date of purchase
What is Covered :
Manufacturing defects that may cause the racquet to break/crack while playing
What is not Covered :
Any Damage caused by clashes to the Racquet due to hitting ground or an object, wrong stringing
Shoes
Warranty Period :
1-3 months from date of purchase as per brands policy
What is Covered :
Manufacturing defect that may cause stitching which comes off, upper material tearing off or delamination of the shoe.
What is not Covered :
Damage to the outsole due to wear and tear, damage due to alteration or improper usage
Balls
Warranty Period :
7 days from the date of delivery
What is Covered :
If the balls can is received without pressure or ball breaks/bursts during play
What is not Covered :
Wear and tear of the ball
Bags
Warranty Period :
3 months from the date of purchase
What is Covered :
Manufacturing defect which may cause the stitching to come off or the bag material to tear
What is not Covered :
Damage to the zipper due to regular use, damage such as cuts & scratches due to improper use or mishandling
Apparels
Warranty Period :
1 month from the date of purchase
What is Covered :
Manufacturing defect which may cause the stitching to come off
What is not Covered :
Cuts, damage due to wear & tear and improper use or mishandling
Points to note
- Strings and Accessories are not covered on warranty
- The entire process takes around 20 working days and may vary from brand to brand
- We charge a nominal fee of Rs.300 for pickup and delivery
- The products are evaluated against the warranty policy of individual brands. Tennishub only facilitates the warranty claim process as a value add service to its customers and has no control over the acceptance or rejection of the warranty claim.
