How to place an order?

Step 2: Browse through the categories
Step 3: Select the product you want to buy and add it to the Cart
Step 4: You can continue shopping to add additional items to the cart or proceed to checkout
Step 5: Now Register/Login or checkout as a guest
Step 6: Enter your shipping address if you are new customer or select shipping address if registered customer
Step 7: Select payment method and complete the payment process
Step 8: After payment you will be redirected to the payment success page and also receive an email confirming your order.
Are the Products that you sell Genuine?
We only sell 100% genuine items. You can buy with confidence and be assured about the quality of the products.
Where is your office located?
Currently our office is in Hyderabad where our warehouse is also located. All the orders are shipped centrally from Hyderabad.
Can I come and see the items before placing the order online?
At this point we don’t have any physical store or don’t keep any merchandise on display in our warehouse.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After checking out during the payment process, you will be redirected to a page saying that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get an email confirming your order.
How do I check my order status?
Registered users can track the order from ‘My Account’ page after they login. Users who have placed the order as guest can use ‘Track Order’ on homepage. We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment once your order is shipped.

How can I buy using COD option?
Add your item(s) to the shopping cart and proceed to payments page.
Select the 'Cash on Delivery' option.
Please take care to ensure that you have entered your correct mobile number along with your shipping address You will receive a verification call from our customer service team
Once you confirm the order, it will be processed for shipment
On receiving the consignment, please pay the invoice amount in cash to the courier delivery person.
Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online at tennishub.in?
All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL. It encrypts your credit card and relevant information during the entire transaction process. This encryption makes your shopping experience safe and secure.
What if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However there may be circumstances where demand exceeds our supply, in such case we will notify you at the time of checkout if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hrs and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made within 10 working days.
Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?
You can place your order as a guest without registering. However, it is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers and also to maintain your account details.
Are there any taxes or hidden charges?
You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
Do you deliver products outside India?
We do not ship products outside India. However you can access the site from around the world and place orders by providing shipping address in India.
Are there any shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all orders over Rs. 500. Orders below Rs. 500 will be charged a nominal shipping charge of Rs.50.
How long will it take to receive my order ?
We make every effort to process your order within 48 hours it is placed. Once your order is shipped it normally takes 3-4 working days in major metro cities. For other locations however, the delivery may take up to 5 to 10 working days. For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may even exceed 10 days.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before returning to our warehouse.
