Currently our office is in Hyderabad and warehouse in Mumbai. We also have a retail store in Hyderabad. All our online orders are shipped from our Mumbai warehouse.

Customers from Hyderabad can visit our retail store located in Banjara hills, Hyderabad where we have most of the products on display.

After checking out during the payment process, you will be redirected to a page saying that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get an email confirming your order.

Registered users can track the order from ‘My Account’ page after they login. Users who have placed the order as guest can use ‘Track Order’ on homepage. We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment once your order is shipped.

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However there may be circumstances where demand exceeds our supply, in such cases we will notify you at the time of checkout if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hrs and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made within 10 working days.

You can place your order as a guest without registering. However, it is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers and also to maintain your account details.

We do not ship products outside India. However you can access the site from around the world and place orders by providing shipping address in India.

Free Shipping on orders above Rs.1000. For orders below Rs.1000, we charge a shipping fee of Rs. 60

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours it is placed. Once your order is shipped it normally takes 1-2 working days in major metro cities. For other locations however, the delivery may take up to 3 to 5 working days. Some products that weigh more like shuttles carton, badminton nets etc are sent by surface mode and may take longer than usual.

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before returning to our warehouse.
