10/10 = Brand new racquet that cannot be sold as new due to reasons like sticker not available, no plastic cover on Grip etc.
9/10 = Racquet looks almost new and less than a month used.
8/10 = Racquet looks like around 6 months used. Will have slight scratches.
7/10 = Racquet looks like around 1 year used. Scratches are clearly visible.
6/10 = Racquet looks over 1 year old and exhibits abundant wear.
5/10 = Racquet is in playable condition. However the condition is poor.
