2. The item from the competitor is exactly same as the item being sold on Tennishub.in including brand, model and size.
3. You have a proof of the competitor price which can be verified by us.
4. The item is not in our exclusion list (see below).

Exclusions:

1. The product is out-of-stock with the competitor.
2. The item is free or is part of a promotion.
3. The item available with the competitor has most sizes out of stock (eg: shoe or apparel).
4. The item MRP doesn’t match.
5. The item was priced incorrectly due to a pricing error.
